Here is a tip I read in a book by Bryan Peterson and that was to set WB to Cloudy and add +3 via the fine-tuning. However, he is an outdoor photographer. His books on “Understanding Exposure” and “Understanding Digital Photography” are excellent books to read and keep as reference books. Nevertheless, experiment, note down your results and take it from there. Incidentally, my WB is set to Cloudy and +3 fine-tuning.

Just turn to RAW files and the world is your oyster. I read once in Digital Photo that "most professional photographers shoot weddings in JPEG mode..." - well let me tell you that any that do are not giving their brides what they are paying for; that will be professionalism by the way. So forget JPEG photographs and take everything in RAW and you will never have to worry about camera colour setting ever again (jsut leave it on auto forever infact!). If, of course, your camera can not take photos in RAW format then make sure that you always set the colour correctly just as John says. :)
