I can confirm that you can expect this high class of tented accomodation in the Masai Mara in Kenya and it was a great experience. I subsequently stayed in a few fenced lodges in the Kruger Park in S.Africa and was blown away by the view of giraffes and elephants sauntering by as I sat in my hot tub on the veranda or in my indoor bath looking out over the plains. Kirstie, if you have the money, you can experience absolute 5* luxury with pool and gourmet food even in the middle of nowhere.
