Cancom ‘Like A Pro’ Events
This month Cancom will be hosting three demonstration events by Apple at their Brighton and Cambridge stores this month. Aimed at both enthusiasts and new apple users, these events will be looking at working with photography, video and audio on Apple Mac computers. These events are completely free and will take place on the 18th and 19th June 2008.
Professional Photo Event 10:30am – 2pm
This demonstration will introduce Aperture 2 photo editing software and look at new photographic products from companies such as Canon, HP and Wacom.
Professional Video Event 3pm – 5pm
Final Cut 2 demonstrations will be on offer during today’s event. This will take place on high-end 8-core Mac Pros so that you can hone your post production skills with this hands on demo.
Professional Audio Event 6pm – 8pm
This event is aimed at budding musicians, young producers and newcomers to Logic Studio software. This event will include an introduction, a tips and tricks session, a hands-on opportunity and a Q&A session.
Events in Brighton will take place at The Basement on Kensington Street. Events in Cambridge will be taking place at Guildhall Chambers on Exchange Street.
