The Interfit Beauty Dish STR102 has to be one of the best accessories for any portrait photographer, as the beauty dish gives a really nice diffused light that is perfect for lighting a face, especially when you are using fill-in light. The central disk can be removed to give a harsher lighting effect if desired.
