The Muffin Top 7500 from Crumpler sports a very modern look that’s far removed from the traditional concept and design of a shoulder bag.

The Crumpler Muffin Top 7500iso available in a selection of colours – brown/green, red/silver and black/mustard. The build-quality is of a very high standard, with excellent stitching. There’s a decent level of padding around the side of the bag, although there are no feet on the base and no rain cover. The strap is reasonably padded, and it’s pretty comfortable when  fully loaded and carried around, although there’s no non-slip grip to reduce the chance of it slipping down your shoulder once you’re on the move.
We managed to load most of our test kit into the main compartment, though it was a bit of a tight squeeze. There’s a single large pocket on the front secured with Velcro, where there was a good amount of space for you to include extra accessories. Although the large single pocket has helped with the design, a couple of smaller pockets wouldn’t have gone amiss. Getting to your kit is pretty straightforward, with a single Fastex buckle to release and Velcro to gain access to the main compartment. However, a carrying handle would have been a nice addition.
