The online interface we used proved simple to use, if a little basic, and our square XL hardcover book cost £44.49 (excluding post and packing). The standard is £34.99 for 24 pages with extras charged at 75p a page and £5 to have an illustrated cover. The book looked very professional with the endpapers parallel and corners neat and tidy, while the edges of the pages were cleanly cut giving a store-bought appearance. On the downside, the endpaper was noticeably thicker than the pages themselves, which made the head and end of the spine look a little messy with the book open.
The print quality looked good in isolation, but images looked a little flat and lacking in contrast and saturation. This book isn’t the cheapest nor the best quality, but it’s still a solid option for displaying your pics.
Interface
Using either online or downloadable software, the online option is the more basic of the two but still allows enough creative control alongside an auto fill function. We found the process fairly simple with annotated tips guiding us through the process, but we would recommend the download software route if you’re planning on adding text as the online option only offers six fonts.
