Bonusprint has been in the printing business for many years, so books were a natural evolution for the company in this digital age. You can create a book by one of two ways with Bonusprint. Mac users need to use the online service, but PC users can use a downloadable book creator, which is the version we have reviewed. Standard books have 20 pages but the maximum page count is just 40. Books can be printed in both landscape and portrait format, which is a nice touch.

Interface & ease of use
From all the photo book editors we have looked at, the Bonusprint interface is the easiest and most comprehensive to use. There’s a superb selection of backgrounds and effects, along with a neat control panel and adjustable templates.

Print quality & finish
The books are very well made, with a high quality cover, but the print quality is not as impressive. A number of our images were printed rather dark, but colours remained natural. The paper quality is very nice, and images were as detailed as the originals.
