Venue details: The rocky, desolate coast of west Scotland doesn't get much more beautiful than this small stretch of near to Easdale. From the roadside parking you only have to walk a few yards onto the rocky shore to find a host of excellent viewpoints with the rocks stretching out into the sea providing perfect foreground interest. To the left of the beach, beneath the row of houses you'll find some amazing rock pools the can provide detail and colour to the foreground of your shots. These rocks stretch further out into the sea, so the more adventurous can scramble over the rocks to find plenty more viewpoints for shooting out to the sea, along with some excellent views along the shore to the right.

Venue Verdict: A spectacular rocky coast, with excellent access and the distant headlands providing the perfect backdrop.
