Inspired by the article in the magazine, this is my first attempt. I know I can do better but hoped for some constructive criticism of this effort, so please let me know what you think and thanks for looking.

Thank you for your comments everyone, appreciated. I agree the blu-tac needs to go, that wasa bit sloppy. I used a Maglite AA torch for the light trails Wez. Tarkoid, this is 5 shots stacked on top of each other in Elements 5 and then used the lighten layers function so the lights appeared from each frame, only a 5 minute job. The hardest thing was setting all the cards up.

nicely executed,i think the composition is let down a little by the quantity of cards used at that angle, less is more.give it a try on another subject.i tried it on a portrait.i used the light trails to create glasses, worked very well.hope to see some more

Fantastic idea which has been fairly well executed. I have to agree with cosmic that the tac lets it down slightly. Definately a 4 star shot!

Great idea and well composed. The only thing I would have done is too clone out the thing holding the 9 of diamonds up on the bottom left corner. Look forward too seeing more! Best Nathan

I like it. The tac used to mount them catches the eye though..
