I just want to say I've been a huge fan of Practical Photography for a couple of years now (ever since becoming keenly interested in photography) but I feel that you're missing that little something.
Being in my teens I'm so keen to learn about techniques and the basics of photography, and thanks to your magazine I have been able to do that to a huge extent, but I feel that a lot of your articles are more aimed towards older audiences...
I'd love to see some articles aimed towards younger people and at how they can develop their skills and get involved in photographic careers to get the best opportunities possible. Being in my teens it's very difficult getting to certain locations due to the lack of a driving license, and I don't have the hundreds and thousands of pounds available to get certain pieces of kits.
Basically I'd really appreciate seeing something for people my age, it's rather disheartening to see that practically no photographic magazines pay attention to young adults that will go on to become the professionals of tomorrow. Even if this means including details on competitions where you don't have to be at least 18 years old to enter...
Thanks for taking the time to read,
Sammie.
