Thanks for your kind comments on my photo, I was really pleased to be selected as one of the runners up.

By the way the subject is Bamboo, taken in Italy this summer and as you correctly said all effects were in-camera, the only post processing I did was a slight boost of colour / contrast with curves (and the crop of course!).

Thanks for all the kind comments Andrew and Ben. One of Ben's comments really did make me smile: 'there's obviously some post-processing unless they really do have glowing blue legs'... Ben, I'm sure you are aware of stockings - they come in a variety of colours, even glowing blue! Thanks again I look forward to playing with my new Nikon.
